Can You Buy Real Weed Online? Yes—Here's How It Works Legally
Yes, you can buy real weed online in California. It's legal as long as you buy from a licensed dispensary. The state's Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) regulates all legal cannabis sales, including online orders. When you order from a licensed dispensary like Garden of Eden, you're getting tested, safe, and legal cannabis.
Online ordering works just like ordering from any other business, but with extra rules. You must be 21 or older (or 18 with a valid medical marijuana card). The dispensary verifies your age at delivery or pickup. You can order THCa flower, Delta-9 THC edibles, extracts, and more—all dispensary-grade weed.
It's not legal to buy from unlicensed sellers or have cannabis shipped from out-of-state. Stick with licensed California dispensaries for your safety and peace of mind.
